Terms and Conditions for Plant Care Services
Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Terms: For a single visit, 100% payment in advance is required to confirm the booking. For recurring visits, the client must either make 100% payment in advance or agree upon a payment arrangement.
2. Cancellation Notice: If the client wishes to cancel a scheduled visit, they must provide notice to our plant maintenance company at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
3. Cancellation Charges: If the client cancels a scheduled visit within 24 hours of the agreed time, a cancellation charge of 50% of the total fee for that visit will be applied.
4. Refunds: If the client has made advance payment for a cancelled visit, a refund will be issued for the amount paid, minus the applicable cancellation charge as per section 3.
5. Rescheduling: If the client wishes to reschedule a visit, they must notify our plant maintenance company at least 24 hours prior to the original scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Force Majeure: In the event that a visit is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, the cancellation charge will not apply, and the client will be offered the option to reschedule the visit or receive a refund for the amount paid.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the plant maintenance contract by providing written notice within the agreed termination period. Termination of the contract shall not affect the cancellation charges applicable to any scheduled visits that were cancelled prior to the termination.
8. Liability: Our liability is limited to the refund of the amount paid for cancelled visits as per this cancellation policy. We shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the cancellation of a visit.
Terms of Service
1. Agreement: By engaging the services of our plant maintenance company, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Scope of Services: Our plant maintenance company provides regular maintenance, care, and management of plants and greenery at the client’s premises as specified in the contract.
3. Guarantee for Plant Health: We strive to maintain the health and vitality of all plants under our care. However, in the event that a plant dies, the following conditions apply:
3.1. Fault Determination: The client must provide evidence that the death of the plant was due to our negligence or failure to meet the agreed-upon maintenance standards.
3.2. Opportunity to Rectify: In the event of a plant’s death, the client must notify us immediately. We will be given the opportunity to inspect the plant and its environment to determine the cause of death and propose a course of action for rectification.
3.3. Rectification: If it is determined that the plant’s death was due to our negligence or failure to meet the agreed-upon maintenance standards, we will take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. This may include replacing the plant or implementing necessary corrective actions to restore the health of the remaining plants.
4. Guarantee Coverage: If it is determined that the plant’s death was due to our fault, the following guarantee coverage applies:
4.1. Monthly Contract: If the plant’s death occurs while under a monthly maintenance contract, we will provide a guarantee that covers up to 30% of the monthly contract fee for the affected plant.
4.2. Singular Visit: If the plant’s death occurs during a singular maintenance visit, we will provide a guarantee that covers up to 30% of the fee for that particular visit.
5. Exclusions: The guarantee coverage does not apply under the following circumstances:
5.1. Negligence or interference by the client or any third party not authorized by our company.
5.2. Failure to follow our care instructions provided to the client.
5.3. Damage caused by extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
6. Liability: Our liability is limited to the guarantee coverage specified in section 4. We shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the death of a plant.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the plant maintenance contract by providing written notice within the agreed termination period.
8. Confidentiality: We will treat all client information and business-related details with the utmost confidentiality.
By engaging our plant maintenance services, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
