General

Plantsitter is a dedicated plant care service that offers a variety of services to help you get the best out of your houseplants.
All services are available all across Dubai
No! All of our services are carried out in the convenience of your home.
Prices are shown on our services page. If you have more than 20 plants please get in touch for a personalized quote.
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp and e-mail
We can accept online payments with Apple Pay/Credit Cards. We also accept cash.
No! PlantSitter carries everything mentioned in the service list to take care of your plants.
Absolutely, all services can be customized, get in touch to let us know how we can best help. If materials need to be provided that are not mentioned in the service list there may be additional charges. Alternatively you may provide the materials. For example to repot a plant with a moss pole, we can provide the moss pole at an additional cost or we can use a moss pole that you have provided.
It depends on your needs! Our most popular service is monthly maintenance which includes one visit per month to keep your plants in tip top condition. For those of you who have some extra time for their plants we recommend Refresh & Revive once every 6 months to keep your plants looking their best.
Absolutely, we can recommend what plants will work best in which locations according to their needs as part of our Consultation service.

Holiday Care

Yes! holiday Care is available!
Holiday Care begins with an initial assessment the week before you travel. During the initial assessment we will check your plants, discuss any specific requirements you may have, finalize dates of visits and access.
During each visit while you are away, PlantSitter will bring all materials needed for the package you have chosen.
Of course! Updates will be sent after each visit via WhatsApp or e-mail, at your preference. Any concerns for your plants will be brought to your attention.
No! You can also leave your key with your building security, giving us the relevant permissions to enter on the dates we specify during the initial assessment.
Yes! It is available on a first come first serve basis. Individual quotes are given on a weekly/monthly basis. Pick up/drop off fees apply.
It depends on the time of year! During summer the hot and humid air with no air circulation will make your plants more prone to problems, particularly fungal. It is better to provide some air circulation for your plants during this time.
Your plants will still need light while your away, so closing all of your curtains is not advisable.
